We booked a superior twin room which had 2 double beds which was a refreshing change to a twin room with single beds. The decor was lovley and the room was quiet - to say we were in Glasgow city centre we heard no noise at all I was quite amazed. Lovely hotel brilliant position for visitors who want to either do shopping or sight seeing. I would definitley stay there again.

I had a comfortable stay at this great hotel. I liked the exceptionally comfortable bed and the double room. The employees were courteous and kept it all fairly clean. The venue's position was very central. There was a nice restaurant, a market and shops next door.

The hotel was bright, clean and comfortable and we loved the theme of the decor. All the pictures etc showed Glasgow and area and it made the hotel feel "Local" rather than just a chain hotel. Around a 5 minute walk from Great Central Station, which made the location great for our needs. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but would stay again.
Although clean and well stocked, there was very limited space to hang damp towels.

The staff in the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel design is very modern and stylish with the coloured floors/rooms being a smart idea. The rooms themselves were great with the walk in shower being a nice addition.

We enjoyed exploring the local music scene at a legendary indie club and indulging in some local cuisine. The staff here were super cute, and the rooms were comfy. The location is ideal for both dining and nightlife. The breakfast was decent. If you're looking for a cozy stay, this place is worth it.
The only downside was the poor positioning of the room light. Every time we got up, we bumped into it. Could've used some better placement for convenience.

Staff were pro-active without being intrusive and were pleasant, relaxed and keen to please. Hotel rooms were comfortable , clean and stylish and quiet at night. Food in the restaurant was enjoyable and served promptly.
Just a minor point , The rooms would benefit from a few extra improvements for travellers. For example, there are no coat hooks on the main doors to hang coats when they are wet - a common event in Glasgow it seems. There are no instructions for the radio alarm and control unit.

Nice rooms and bathrooms. Complimentary alcohol free mini bar!
No way to control the temperature in the rooms adequately, either freezing or baking hot. Room service breakfast was appauling.
